§2. Nature of the website

1. The website has an informative and offer-based character.

2. The information presented on the website does not constitute an offer within the meaning of Article 66 of the Civil Code, but an invitation to enter into an agreement.

3. The purchase of products takes place after prior contact with the website owner by email and individual agreement of the sales terms.

§3. Placing orders

1. Orders are accepted only electronically via email.

2. The order conditions, production time, delivery method, and price are individually agreed with the Buyer.

3. The sales agreement is concluded after both parties accept the agreed terms.

§4. Products

1. The products presented on the website are made of laminate and are designed as liners for garden hot tubs.

2. Product photos show the actual products offered for sale but are for illustrative purposes only.

3. Due to the handmade production process, individual items may slightly differ from those shown in the photos.

§5. Prices

1. Product prices are given in Polish zloty (PLN).

2. The prices do not constitute a binding commercial offer.

3. The final price is agreed individually during contact with the Buyer.

§6. Copyright

1. All photos, descriptions, graphics, and materials available on the website are the property of the website owner or are used with the permission of their authors.

2. Copying, distributing, or using these materials without the owner’s permission is prohibited.

§7. Liability

1. The owner makes every effort to ensure that the information published on the website is current and accurate.
